Philadelphia favorite Rita's Italian Ice is celebrating with a special deal.

On Aug. 8 visitors to any Rita's can grab a kids-size frozen custard for 99 cents.
The store announced it's also testing out a new dessert: hand-scooped frozen custard.
Rita's will start bringing its new creation to specific locations around the country.
