Revel Asks Judge To Cancel Casino Sale

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (CBS) --- The future of the old Revel Casino in Atlantic City is back up in the air this morning.

The lawyers for Revel filed paperwork to cancel the $110 million sale to Brookfield US Holdings.

Brookfield won the auction for the bankrupt casino, but then tried to change the terms of the deal.

Revel wants to let the second highest bidder buy the casino, which was Atlantic City's most expensive when it opened two years ago.
