Report: Sixers Sign Pierre Jackson

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Sixers have signed guard Pierre Jackson to a four-year deal, according to a report by Cleveland Cavaliers beat writer Chris Haynes.

 

The 76ers' have structured deals for their other second-round picks, with two guaranteed seasons and two non-guaranteed seasons.

Jackson, 23, was the Sixers' 42nd overall pick in 2013, but his rights were traded to the New Orleans Pelicans in the deal for Nerlens Noel. After Jackson became a 2014 NBA D-League All-Star in 2014, the Pelicans traded Jackson's rights back to the Sixers. However, during last year's summer league action the 5'10" point guard suffered a devastating season-ending Achilles injury.
