Report: McNabb Registered .17 Blood-Alcohol Level
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Donovan McNabb's blood test results, according to TMZ Sports, show he was over double the legal blood-alcohol limit of .08.
McNabb reportedly registered a blood-alcohol level of .17 when he received his second DUI in less than two years on June 28th, as previously reported.
According to the TMZ report, over a .15 in Arizona "constitutes an 'extreme DUI,'" resulting in severe penalties if convicted.
