Report: Eagles Not Expected To Trade Sam Bradford

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Clouding NFL Draft mania in Philadelphia is Sam Bradford trade rumors.

Bradford, days after the Eagles moved up to pick No. 2 in the draft for their next franchise quarterback (presumably Carson Wentz), expressed his displeasure asking to be traded through agent Tom Condon.

ESPN's Adam Schefter, however, reports on Thursday that the Denver Broncos -- a team reportedly interested in acquiring Bradford -- have backed out of trade talks and "do not expect" the Eagles to trade the veteran QB at all.

The Eagles re-signed Bradford to a two-year contract worth $36 million, with $22 million guaranteed.
