Werder has reported that Bryant called Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones, informing Jones that he will skip camp and miss games if he's not signed by Wednesday.
Furthermore, the NFLPA is reportedly trying to determine if collusion occurred, after a source confirmed that Denver and Dallas had illegal contact regarding the contracts of Demaryius Thomas and Bryant, respectively.
