'Real Housewives' Husband Facing Prison, Then Deportation

NEWARK, N.J. (AP) — An attorney for Joe Giudice says the husband of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice is reporting to prison.

The couple pleaded guilty in 2014 to bankruptcy fraud, and Joe Giudice pleaded guilty to not paying about $200,000 in taxes.

The judge staggered their sentences so that one of them would be able to take care of their four young daughters.

Teresa Giudice completed her 15-month sentence in December.

Joe Giudice will report to Fort Dix's federal prison in New Jersey on Wednesday to begin serving his 41-month term. Attorney Miles Feinstein says with time off for good behavior he could serve about 35 months.

He's been living in the U.S. illegally since he was an infant, and faces deportation to Italy after he completes his sentence.
