PSPCA Rescues 2 Emaciated Huskies From Pennsylvania Home

KUNKLETOWN, Pa. (CBS) -- Charges are expected to be filed against the owner of two female huskies after they were found emaciated inside a Monroe County home.

Luna and Ripley were rescued by PSPCA officers after a concerned citizen tipped them off. They're now being treated by vets.

When they're healthy enough for adoption, staff will help them find a forever home.
