PSPCA Reducing Cat Adoption Fees In Honor Of This Weekend's Kitten Bowl

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Looking to add a new pet to the family?

This is the weekend to do it.

The Pennsylvania SPCA has reduced adoption fees on all cats and kittens in honor of the annual Kitten Bowl, which is broadcast on the Hallmark Channel.

Last year, the PSPCA says it adopted out 200 felines during the event. This year, it is hoping to surpass that.

In addition to reduced adoption fees, the SPCA is hosting a viewing party on Sunday at its Erie Avenue location.
