CBS 3 Shares Rescue Stories To Help PSPCA Celebrate Its Anniversary

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- They have helped rescue thousands of animals, and now the Pennsylvania SPCA is preparing to mark a major milestone… it's 150th anniversary.

CBS 3 is proud to help the PSPCA collect these stories and is going to share some rescue stories of own every Friday this month.
