Prosecutors: No Charges Will Be Filed After Video Shows Wildwood Police Officer Repeatedly Punching Suspect On Ground

WILDWOOD, N.J. (CBS) -- The Cape May County Prosecutor's Office says no charges will be filed in regards to a viral video showing a Wildwood police officer repeatedly punching a suspect on the ground. It happened last month outside of Romeo's Famous Pizzeria.

Officials say the investigation by Wildwood Police Internal Affairs is still ongoing.

We're told that could still result in discipline against the officer.
