Powerball Ticket Worth $1 Million Sold At Philadelphia Gas Station

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A Philadelphia resident could soon be $1 million richer.

Pa. Lottery officials say a Powerball ticket worth a million dollars was sold in Philadelphia at the Sunoco at 2100 East Allegheny Avenue.

The ticket corresponds to the Sept. 24th drawing and correctly matched all five white balls, 07-14-21-24-41, but not the red Powerball 26, for the prize.

The retailer will also receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The person in possession of the winning ticket should sign the back of it, call the Lottery at -702-8146 and file a claim at any of Lottery's seven area offices or at Lottery headquarters in Middletown, Dauphin County.
