Possible 3rd Death Connected To Hepatitis A Outbreak At Montgomery County Restaurant Being Investigated

WEST NORRITON, Pa. (CBS) -- Health officials in Montgomery County are investigating a possible third death connected to a hepatitis A outbreak at a restaurant. Investigators traced the outbreak back to Gino's Restaurant and Pizzeria in West Norriton.

So far, health officials say two confirmed deaths, 10 confirmed cases and three probable cases linked to the outbreak are under investigation.

Gino's says the restaurant has been inspected and there are no signs of hepatitis A inside.

It adds that all of its workers have tested negative for the virus.
