PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A portion of a rowhome has collapsed after an early morning blaze in the city's Kensington section. Flames broke out on the 1800 block of Monmouth Street, around 5:30 a.m.
Fire officials say the property is vacant.
No word on how the fire started.
