Poll: Clinton And Trump Run Neck-And-Neck

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are neck-and-neck, according to the latest Quinnipiac poll.

The survey shows Clinton getting 42 percent of likely voters, to Trump's 40 percent.

That's within 2.4 percent margin of error.

It shows Trump is gaining ground on Clinton. The two were separated by four points in Quinnipiac's last poll, released June 1.

Adding third party candidates into the mix, Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson gets 8 percent, while the Green Party's Jill Stein gets four percent.
