Police: Young Boy Killed In Accident On Chester County Farm

HONEY BROOK TWP., (CBS) - State Police say a six-year-old in Chester County has died from injuries he suffered when he got stuck between two horse-drawn carts.
It happened Wednesday around 9 a.m. on North Birdell Road in Honey Brook Township.
State Police say the victim was in between the two carts and was pinned as they passed each other.
The boy was alert and conscious when he was taken to Paoli Hospital, but was taken into surgery when doctors found he had significant internal injuries.
During surgery, he went into cardiac arrest and died.
