Police: Vehicle Sought In Port Richmond Hit-And-Run

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police are asking for the public's help in locating a vehicle wanted in connection with a hit-and-run in Port Richmond.

Around 4:30 p.m. January 3rd, police say a vehicle struck a 65-year-old woman as she was getting into a vehicle on the 3100 block of Cedar Street.

According to investigators, the driver fled the scene.

Police say the woman was taken to the hospital where she remains in a coma.

The vehicle is described by police as a 1995 to 1998 dark color Ford Explorer that should have a missing passenger side mirror.
