Police: Suspect Accused Of Selling Heroin From Closed T-Mobile Store

PLEASANTVILLE, N.J. (CBS) -- A suspect accused of selling heroin from a closed T-Mobile store has been arrested and charged.

Authorities allege that 40-year-old Hommy Velazquez of Pleasantville, N.J. was selling heroin from the T-Mobile store on the 100 block of South Main Street that has been closed for some time now.

Police executed a narcotics search of the business last week after receiving numerous citizen complaints.

According to officials, investigators found Velazquez to be in possession of 46 grams of heroin, crack/cocaine and ammunition for a handgun, as a result of the search warrant execution.

Velazquez was charged with several controlled dangerous substance offenses and sent to the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $200,000 bail pending his court appearance.
