Police: South Jersey Woman Found With Cocaine In Hospital Parking Lot

STAFFORD TOWNSHIP, N.J. (AP) — A southern New Jersey woman faces charges after she allegedly was found with cocaine in a hospital parking lot.

Stafford police say 40-year-old Donna Dalton, of Mays Landing, was found around 3 p.m. Saturday while officers investigated reports of a suspicious vehicle at Southern Ocean Medical Center.

They soon learned Dalton was wanted on a $500 warrant issued by the Hamilton Township Municipal Court. A subsequent search allegedly uncovered an undisclosed amount of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Dalton was released later Saturday after posting bail. A telephone number for her could not be located Sunday.
