UPDATE: Missing Philadelphia Toddler Found Safe

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police say a missing two-year-old girl from the Southwest part of the city has been found safe.
Police say La-Toya Brown was last seen inside the home where she lives with her mother in the 4200 block of West Stiles Street. It was shortly before 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 8th.
Police say the little girl was last seen in with 20-year-old Dwanada Palmer, a friend of her mother's.
The girl was found safe in Atlantic City, police announced Friday afternoon.
