Police Searching For Missing King Of Prussia Teen

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. (CBS) -- Police are searching for a Montgomery County teen who has been missing for nearly two days.

The Upper Merion Township Police Department is asking for the public's assistance locating Nicholas Tornambe.

Tornambe, according to police, left his home on Crossfield Road in King of Prussia at about 10 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6th.

Tornambe, 18, has not been seen or heard from since.

Police say Tornambe is an avid hiker who has a specific interest in the Horse-Shoe Trail, which is a 140-mile trail that runs from the western edge of Valley Forge National Historical Park westward toward Harrisburg.

Tornambe is 5'6", 140 pounds, with brown collar length shaggy hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on Tornambe's whereabouts is urged to contact the Upper Merion Township Police Department Criminal Investigations Division at 610-265-3232.
