Police: Missing 6-Year-Old Boy From Cobbs Creek Found Safe
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police say a young boy who went missing from his home in West Philadelphia has been found safe.
Authorities say 6-year-old Trevor Montgomery was reported missing from his home along South Ithan Street in city's Cobbs Creek neighborhood around 8 a.m. Saturday.
Police reached out to the public for help and the boy was located unharmed a few hours later. He was placed in the custody of DHS.
Police did not release any further details.
