ROYERSFORD, Pa. (CBS) -- Police in Upper Providence (Montgomery County) say they have been able to trace the steps of a 20-year-old woman who went missing Friday night after driving off from her Royersford home.

Police confirm that Deirdre Magolon was picked up by a motorist near the car she abandoned in the eastbound lanes of Route 422, near the I-76 interchange in King of Prussia.

That driver confirms he dropped her off in the area of Rosehill and East Ontario Streets, in Philadelphia.

Police say she was seen Saturday, near Kensington Avenue and North Front Street, and on Sunday near Kensington and Aramingo Avenues.

Authorities say she suffers from a mental health disorder and has attempted suicide in the past. Police and her family continue asking for help from the public as the search continues.

Police say they received numerous credible tips about Magolon after media coverage Monday about her disappearance.
