Police Release Surveillance Of Male Wanted For Daytime Shooting At Germantown Gas Station

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police have released more information into a daylight shooting at a gas station in Germantown.

According to officers, the 32-year-old victim was at the Sunoco at 6240 Germantown Avenue on Tuesday, Nov. 4 when he was involved in a verbal altercation with an unknown male.

The argument then reportedly turned physical, resulting in the suspect firing six shots at the victim, striking him several times.

The suspect then fled the scene in a black or dark blue Cadillac SRX and was last seen heading west on Washington Lane from Germantown Avenue.

The victim was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he is in stable condition.

The suspect is described as a black male, 30 – 35 years old and about 6'0" to 6'2" tall. He has a light to medium complexion and a stocky build and is bald with a beard. He was wearing a plaid button down shirt and jeans.
