Police: Pedestrian Dead After Being Struck By Vehicle In Cherry Hill

CHERRY HILL, N.J. (CBS) — A person has died after being struck by a vehicle on Thursday night in Cherry Hill.

The crash occurred around 10:25 p.m. along Route 38 Eastbound near Longwood Avenue.

Police Investigating Video Of Person Allegedly Biting Parakeet's Head Off

Police say the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.

The eastbound lanes of Route 38 are closed at Cuthbert Boulevard as police investigate the accident.

It's unclear if the vehicle remained at the scene.
