Police: Olney Home Invasion Ends In Shooting

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a home invasion that ended in a shooting early Thursday morning.
The incident happened in the 200 block of Widener Street in the city's Olney section.
According to investigators, two males dressed in dark clothing entered the home through the front door.
Once inside, investigators say a 46-year-old male was shot once in the stomach. The male was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center where he is listed in stable condition.
It was not immediately known if the individual who was shot was an intruder or a resident of the home.
So far, no arrests have been made.
The incident remains under investigation by Northwest Detectives.
