Police Officer Injured Chasing Robbery Suspect In Northeast Philly
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police say an officer was hurt while chasing a robbery suspect on foot Sunday night in the Tacony section of Philadelphia.
This happened just before 8:30 p.m. on the 3000 block of Frankford Avenue.
Police say the officer was taken to the hospital by his partner and is expected to okay. It is unclear at this time how the the officer was injured.
The suspect was also taken to the hospital, police say.
