Missing 12-Year-Old Girl Jhenelle Marshall Found

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Missing 12-year-old girl Jhenelle Marshall was found Wednesday night after a brief search. Police had originally sent out an alert Wednesday afternoon.

Philadelphia Police had asked for the public's helping finding the missing North Philadelphia girl. Marshall was last seen at her East Germantown home on E. Bringhurst Street by a neighbor.

Marshall is a 4-foot-11 black female, weighing approximately 75 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.

Search Underway For Inmate Who Escaped Over Fence In New Castle County: Officials

Police say she has behavioral issues and was also reported missing in February, before returning home on her own.
