Police: Missing Upper Merion Woman Found Dead

EAST NORRITON Twp., Pa. (CBS) – Upper Merion Police say they believe a body found Sunday afternoon in East Norriton Township is that of Heather Tillette, who was reported missing late last month.

Police say a woman's body was discovered around 2:15 p.m. in a wooded area near Taft Road. A positive identification has not been made yet, but police believe based on the location of the body, clothing and other items at the scene, it is that of Tillette.

She was last seen walking out of Einstein Hospital on February 26th.

Tillette's family has been notified.

The cause of death of the body found has not yet been determined as an investigation continues.
