Police: Man Who Attempted To Run Down Officer In Chester County Sought
CHESTER COUNTY, Pa. (CBS) -- Authorities in Chester County are warning the public: be aware. A man they say tried to run over a police officer is on the loose.
Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan says the suspect, Tyrell Winchester, should be considered very dangerous.
Winchester is wanted for Attempted Murder and related charges for allegedly attempting to run over a Willistown Township police officer on Thursday evening.
Authorities say the vehicle he was driving was stolen.
Winchester was last seen near Ridley Creek Park in Delaware County.
Hogan asks anyone with information on his whereabouts to call 9-1-1.
