Police: Man Swiped $1,400 In Baseball Gloves From South Jersey Store

GLENDORA, N.J. (CBS) -- Police in a South Jersey town are searching for a suspect who was caught on tape stealing $1,400 in baseball gloves from a sports store.

The theft happened on November 29th of last year at the Sports Outlet Store on the Black Horse Pike in Glendora.

Surveillance video from inside the store shows the suspect anxiously walking around the store, picking up baseball gloves and nervously looking around.

At one point, the suspect shoved at least two baseball gloves down his pants. The suspect then grabbed several more gloves before walking out of the store.

The Gloucester Township Police Department said the suspect stole a total of eight baseball gloves worth approximately $1,400.
