Police: Man Shot In The Back At Rec Center

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- Philadelphia police are looking for a suspect and a motive after a shooting at an East Germantown recreation center.
A 23-year-old man was sitting on a bench at the Lonnie Young Recreation Center at East Chelten Avenue and Ardleigh Street when someone shot him in the back.
The victim is in critical but stable condition.
Police describe the suspect as 5'11", with a thin build and curly hair.
