Police: Owner Of Barbershop Shot In Northeast Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are investigating the shooting of a barbershop owner in Northeast Philadelphia.

It happened shortly before 9 p.m. Monday at a barbershop on the 7100 block of Castor Avenue.

Philadelphia Police say the 33-year-old man was shot twice in the shoulder and once in the thigh.  He also suffered a graze wound to the head.

He was taken to Aria Health Torresdale Campus in critical condition. Police say he is expected to survive.

No arrests have been made at this time.

So far, no word on a motive.

Police say they are searching for two male suspects.
