Police: Man Fatally Shot In Germantown
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police say a 22-year-old man was fatally shot in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood.
It happened at about 7:58 p.m. Monday at the 5900 block of Magnolia Street.
According to police, the man was shot in the back and the head.
He was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead, police said.
There is no word on a suspect or an arrest at this time.
The incident remains under investigation.
