Police Investigating Deadly Shooting In South Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Detectives are investigating a homicide in South Philadelphia.

Police say a 19-year-old Kahlil Carmichael was shot once in the mid-section around 7:30 p.m. Sunday, on Catherine Street, near Broad.

The victim was taken to the hospital, where he later died.

No arrests have been made.
