Police Investigating After Woman Claims UberX Driver Sexually Assaulted Her

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police are reportedly investigating an alleged sexual assault involving an UberX driver.

Police say they're trying to figure out if that driver assaulted a female passenger last month.

An UberX spokesman tells Eyewitness News the woman was dropped off at the 5th Police District Station on the night of the alleged assault.

The driver has been suspended during the investigation.
