Police Investigating After Man Shot Twice In West Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Gunfire in West Philadelphia sends a man to the hospital. It happened near 46th and Westminster around 3:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
The victim was shot twice.
There's no word on what led to the shooting.
He is in stable condition. Police are investigating.
