Police Investigate Sex Assault At Southwest Philly Bus Stop

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - The Philadelphia Police Department's Special Victims Unit is investigating a sexual assault that occurred Wednesday morning in the city's Elmwood section.
Authorities say a 22-year old woman was waiting at a bus stop at 65th Street and Dicks Avenue around 3 a.m. when a man approached her from behind. The suspect placed an unknown object against the woman's head and forced her to a rear driveway where he took her wallet before sexually assaulting her.
The suspect left the scene on foot, and is described as being a large, black man between 20 and 30 years old with a light complexion and slight facial hair. He ws wearing black sweatpants and a black hooded sweatshirt.
