Police: Man Reportedly Armed With Sword In NE Philly

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police say a man armed with a sword has barricaded himself inside a home in Northeast Philadelphia.

He may also have a gun, and police are unsure at this point if anyone is being held hostage.

There is a large police presence in the area of Jeanes and Hoffnagle Streets.
