Police Investigate Interrupted Burglary In Haverford Township

HAVERFORD Twp., Pa., (CBS) – Police in Haverford Township are investigating an interrupted burglary they say happened early Wednesday morning.

Police say at about 1 a.m. in the unit block of Grove Place, a homeowner reported coming home and confronting an unknown male in the basement of the home.

According to police, the male fled the home into the wooded area of the SEPTA tracks.

Police have released a sketch of the suspect. He is described by police as a male in his late 20's or early 30's, about 5'8" or 5'9", with a thin build, close cropped hair and a full beard cropped close to his face.
