Police In Hamilton Township, NJ Warn Residents Of Shopping District Scam

HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. (CBS) -- Police in Hamilton Township, New Jersey are warning residents about a scam happening in the shopping district.

Police say several shoppers have been approached recently by two men and a woman attempting to sell magazine subscriptions. But, authorities say, it is a scam.

There were no additional details on how the scam works or if anyone has fallen victim to it.
