Police In Central Pennsylvania Seek Shooter On The Loose

COLUMBIA, Pa. (AP) — Police in a central Pennsylvania borough are searching for at least one shooter after gunfire was reported, though nobody has been wounded so far.

The shots were reported about 3:30 a.m. Friday in Columbia. That's about 30 miles southeast of Harrisburg.

Witnesses tell police at least one person was shooting a gun and moving around, but police don't know if the person is on foot or in a car.

Police have warned residents in a several block area to remain inside while they search for the shooter or shooters.
