Police Investigate Point Breeze Home Invasion

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Police say they are investigating a home invasion and an attempted sexual assault in Philadelphia's Point Breeze neighborhood.

Police say it happened at about 3 a.m. Thursday on the 1700 block of Chadwick Street.

According to police, an unknown male gained entrance through the front window of a home. Police say he demanded money from the occupants and he allegedly choked and attempted to sexually assault a person until he was forced to flee.

Police say he fled on foot in an unknown direction.

Police are still looking for the suspect and have released a sketch as the investigation continues.

The man is described by police as a Black male, 25 to 35-years-old, tall, thin, with reddish brown hair and light facial hair. Police say he was last seen wearing a dark hooded jacket, blue jeans and red gloves.
