PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police in Bucks County have arrested a man for alleged public intoxication.
It happened at the Wine and Spirits in Quakertown Borough on Oct. 24.
Police say they arrested 21-year-old Cristian Bedford for retail theft and public intoxication.
