Police: Double Shooting Leaves One Person Dead In Chester

CHESTER, Pa. (CBS) -- Police say one person has died in a double shooting on Christmas night in Chester. The incident happened shortly after 6 p.m. at West 1th Street and Keystone Road.
Police say the second victim was rushed to the hospital in unknown condition.
No arrests have been made.
An investigation is ongoing.
