Police Investigate Officer Involved Crash In Kensington, Woman Hospitalized

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police are investigating the cause of an officer involved crash that took place on Sunday morning in Kensington.
Authorities say the crash took place around 7:00 a.m. The cars collided at the intersection of Kensington Avenue and E. Lehigh Avenue.

No police officers were believed to have been seriously injured in the crash.
A 23-year-old woman was taken to Temple University Hospital. Her condition was not immediately known.
