Police Charge South Jersey Man With Murder Of Girlfriend And Her Father
MOUNT HOLLY, N.J. (CBS) – Authorities in Burlington County have charged a 27-year-old man with the murder of his girlfriend and her father.
Authorities say Dennis Pozniak, originally from Cinnaminson, had been living in Mt. Holly with his girlfriend 24-year-old Nicole Wilson and her father 52-year-old Bryan Wilson.
Autopsies revealed both victims died of head trauma from being beaten.
Pozniak was taken from the scene with self-inflicted cuts on his body.
The Burlington County Prosecutor's office says another family member called 9-1-1 at 9 a.m. Saturday when the bodies were discovered in the Washington Street home.
Pozniak was charged with two counts of murder and he's being held on $1-million bail.
No motive for the murders has been determined.
