Police: Brookhaven Man Arrested For Sexually Assaulting 13-Year-Old Girl

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A Brookhaven man is under arrest for allegedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.

Timothy Kalinowsky, 34, is facing numerous felony charges.

Authorities say he had sexual contact with the girl on numerous occasions.

Kalinowsky is behind bars Wednesday night after failing to post bail.
