Evesham Twp., NJ (CBS) -- A North Jersey man is under arrest after police say he was found with stolen UPS packages in his SUV in Evesham Township.

A UPS driver called police last week when he felt he was being followed by an SUV. Evesham police quickly responded and pulled over 40-year-old Priamo Lopez Toro.

Lt. Joseph Friel says police found more than just packages in his vehicle.

"Him or others were able to request credit cards through American Express and stealing them as they were being delivered." says Lt. Friel.

Lt. Friel says officers also found a bunch American Express cards addressed to homes in Cherry Hill, Voorhees and Evesham as well as tracking numbers for other packages not yet delivered.

"This incident would have never been brought to our attention until after our residents, the victims, came forward months from now when they realized that their credit was destroyed. This this a great, great job by this driver."

The FBI is now investigating.
