PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- An arrest has been made in the death of a psychiatrist whose body was found around noon Monday in a Center City hotel room.

Philadelphia police say Manuel Baez, a 27-year-old homeless man, is charged with the murder of 75-year-old Dr. Howard Baker. The arrest comes two days after Baker's naked body was found in his room at the Rodeway Inn on Walnut Street near 12th, two blocks from the doctor's office. Police say a belt was wrapped tightly around his neck.

According to authorities, a review of security video showed the dead man had two male visitors Sunday between 5 and 11 p.m. Now, police say one of them, Manuel Baez stands accused of Baker's murder.
